Pantry List OneKitPlus: the app to track stock and restock at the right time

April 1, 2026

Pantry List is the OneKitPlus app built to help you understand what you already have at home, what is running low, and what should be restocked before you run out. It is not just a static list: it is a practical way to keep your pantry clearer and more useful in daily life.

Why we built Pantry List

Most people only notice something is missing when they open the kitchen cabinet or fridge at the worst possible moment. The result is usually the same: duplicate purchases, forgotten products, and late restocking. Pantry List was created to reduce that friction.

The goal is not to turn your kitchen into a heavy inventory tool. The goal is to give you a clear view of stock, current quantity, minimum threshold, expiry date, and a practical connection with Shopping List.

What you can do today

  • Track items and organize them by category.
  • Save current quantity and desired minimum quantity.
  • Set an expiry date and warning days in advance.
  • Increase or decrease quantities quickly with fast buttons.
  • Keep a lightweight movement history to understand real consumption.
  • Send low-stock items into Shopping List suggestions.

The most useful feature: minimum threshold

The core logic of Pantry List is the minimum threshold. If you want to remember to buy jam when only one jar is left, you set that rule once and the app knows when the product is running low.

Visible expiry dates without paper notes

Another practical advantage is expiry tracking. We are not promising magic or automatic barcode reading. Instead, we let you store a few details that really matter and immediately see which products need attention. In practice: less waste and fewer forgotten items at the back of the pantry.

Connected to Shopping List, without noisy automation

When an item reaches its minimum threshold, it can appear among Shopping List suggestions. The feature is optional, so you can turn it on or off. We deliberately chose a visible suggestion with manual add instead of aggressive automation.

Simple history, real value

Pantry List also keeps a simple history of the main stock movements. It is not a complex warehouse system. It is a personal tool to understand what you consume, how often you restock, and which products always disappear first.

What it does not do yet

This first phase does not include barcode scanning, smart home automations, or live shared pantry management across different accounts. We preferred to start with a lightweight workflow that feels fast and comfortable on mobile.
