Complete guide: add OneKitPlus to your Home Screen on Android, iPhone, iPad, and desktop

March 24, 2026

Want to open OneKitPlus like a real app without typing the URL every time? This updated guide shows how to create the correct standalone shortcut on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, and macOS.

Start with the correct standalone link

For the right icon and the full app-like experience, always start from this exact link:

https://onekitplus.com/app/?standalone=1

  • If you already created an older icon, delete it and create it again from this standalone link.
  • This is also the recommended link for iPhone and iPad.
  • For future alerts on iPhone/iPad, OneKitPlus should then be opened from the new Home Screen icon.

Why this is useful

  • One-tap access.
  • Visible icon on Home Screen or Desktop.
  • A more app-like experience for Budget, Car Expenses, Converters, and future notifications.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome and visit the OneKitPlus standalone link.
  2. Sign in if needed.
  3. Tap the 3-dot menu.
  4. Choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
  5. Confirm.

Android (Samsung Internet)

  1. Open onekitplus.com/app/?standalone=1 in Samsung Internet.
  2. Open the menu.
  3. Choose Add page to and then Home screen.
  4. Confirm.

  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Tap Share.

  5. Tap Add.
  6. Open OneKitPlus from the new Home Screen icon.

Important for iPhone/iPad: if an older icon opens a different or incomplete view, remove it and create it again from the standalone link above.
