Habit Tracker is a new app coming to OneKitPlus to help you follow positive habits and behaviors you want to reduce, without turning the process into a rigid or judgmental checklist.

The goal is to show real progress: successful days, streaks, reduced quantities, personal notes, and triggers that help you understand when a habit becomes harder to manage.

  • Positive habits such as water, walks, reading, sleep, routines, and movement.
  • Habits to reduce such as smoking, evening snacks, too much phone time, impulse spending, or procrastination.
  • Done/not done mode or daily value mode for gradual reduction goals.
  • Streaks, calendar, weekly summaries, and monthly progress percentage.
  • Personal notes and triggers to understand what makes a habit easier or harder.

Will it be only for good habits?

No. The idea is to manage both habits to build and negative habits to reduce.

Will it use artificial intelligence?

Not in the first idea. Suggestions can come from simple rules and clear data, without AI.

Will it include reminders?

Yes, reminders are an important part of the project.
